The VIP package we were excited about turned out to be a letdown. We spent $400 on front row seats and VIP package for the concert, only to realize that the first two rows had to stand at the rail. We had to stand for 2 hours in order to see the show, which was disappointing. The VIP gift included laminated tickets dated 2026, a ripped picture, and a decent bag. It would have been more appropriate to receive a T-shirt or CD. We felt misled as it was not mentioned that the front rows would be standing. We ended up paying for seats we didn't use and regretted not opting for cheaper 2nd row seats where we could have still stood. Overall, we were disappointed with the tickets, not the performance. The concert was amazing without a doubt.
